When finding comfort in a perceived understanding of the world, there is a pursuit of knowledge paralleled by the desire of familiarity. Petrified pockets in time attempt to contextualize our visions of the past and provide fragmented framework for our concepts of these interconnected systems.

Our necessity for security through familiarity in an ever-evolving landscape is continuously challenged by the demands of decomposition. Yet it affirms our presence and suggests a greater purpose with one's life. Under this microscope, past lives on various scales carpet the surface of our home filling the canvas of a fabricated world.
